Holaryn Agent v0.12.3 Nightly is now available
Holaryn Agent v0.12.3 is now available on the Nightly channel. This release builds on v0.12.2 with clearer run details, more accurate model identity, stronger memory provenance, and safer desktop maintenance.
The model shown is the model that answered
Holaryn now preserves the actual model and provider used for each run across restarts, one-shot overrides, routing, and failover. Chat history, replay, and exports report that resolved identity instead of falling back to a later preference. Assistant messages also present the model and localized response time together.
Long responses are easier to follow
A submitted message remains visible while a long streamed response is running. Each completed run also has an expandable Run details section with elapsed time, model-call count, and provider-reported token usage. When a provider does not report usage, Holaryn says it is unavailable instead of estimating it.
Memory keeps a stricter authority boundary
Assertions written by a model or team remain attribution-only memory. Review, confidence changes, labels, or pinning cannot promote those assertions into grounding or citation evidence; only independently verified sources and operator attestations can cross that boundary.
Safer updates and more consistent tools
On Windows, install, upgrade, and uninstall flows stop a running Holaryn host before changing its files. Bundled Chromium now uses one writable, state-owned location across install, verification, and launch. The Applications & Tools view also shows the static model-visible tool catalog when dynamic discovery is disabled.
Release engineering
This Nightly includes tiered validation and more resilient immutable-tag recovery while retaining the signing, notarization, accessibility, and integrity gates used for public binaries.
