Holaryn Agent v0.12.1 Nightly is now available
Today, we are opening the first public Nightly builds of Holaryn Agent.
Holaryn Agent is a local-first workspace for coordinating AI agents, tools, memory, and durable workflows while keeping consequential authority visible. It can work as one agent when that is enough, or coordinate specialized agents behind one coherent workspace when a task needs more.
The v0.12.1 Nightly is available from the Holaryn Agent download page. The exact published build is v0.12.1.dev0+g2aba593.
Why a Nightly release?
Nightly is our early-access channel. It follows active development and gives people a practical way to try Holaryn, tell us where the workspace is already useful, and identify what needs more work before a broader Beta or Stable release.
This is not a Stable build. Features can change, some integrations require separate accounts or provider credentials, and a Nightly should not be your only copy of important data. Beta and Stable downloads remain unavailable until they pass their own release and approval gates.
What you can explore
- A unified Chat workspace with configurable model connections, conversation history, attachments, structured output, and explicit approval surfaces.
- A Code workspace for repository-aware sessions, plans, diffs, validation, terminals, checkpoints, and supervised changes.
- Durable goals, schedules, workflows, teams, batches, and task packages for work that needs more structure than a single response.
- Local-first state, memory controls, provenance, diagnostics, and inspectable run records.
- Keyboard-conscious, semantic interfaces designed to work for both sighted users and screen-reader users. Our accessibility testing is substantial but incomplete, and we are not making a formal conformance claim.
Holaryn does not silently choose a model vendor for you. You configure the local or remote model connections used for model-backed work, and each provider continues to operate under its own terms, availability, and data practices.
What changed in v0.12.1
- The current End-User License Agreement and Privacy Policy are bundled and hash-verified with the application.
- New installations require an explicit EULA decision before entering onboarding. An accepted receipt records the exact agreement version and time locally.
- Settings now includes a Legal section where the complete EULA and Privacy Policy can be reviewed, along with the locally recorded acceptance date.
- Windows, macOS, and Linux release artifacts pass the signed, binary-only publication path. Public source archives and Python package-index distribution are not part of this release.
- The release website now exposes exact Nightly downloads, release evidence, and a News section for reviewed release and project updates.
The public binary release record includes integrity metadata and the exact source revision used to build the artifacts. The product source repository remains private and Holaryn Agent is proprietary software.
Download and send feedback
Start at the Nightly download page, choose the installer for your platform, and review the release details before installing. The matching public release record is available at GitHub.
Please tell us what was clear, what was confusing, where Holaryn saved you time, and where it got in your way. Early feedback will directly shape the Beta path.
Before installing, review the Holaryn Privacy Policy and the Nightly release notes. Security issues should use the private reporting route listed on Holaryn's security page, not a public feedback post.
Many minds. One partner.
